Long-Term Cancellation Policy
This Policy applies to all stays of 30 days or longer.

• To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
• If a guests cancels less than 30 days before check-in nights will be due.
• If a guests cancels after check-in guest must pay for all nights already spent and an additional 30 days.
  
  

Short-Term Cancellation Policy
This Policy applies to all stays of 1 day to 29 days.

• To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
• If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, guests must pay 50%
• If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, guests must pay 100% of all nights.
• Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
