  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
  • If a guests cancels less than 30 days before check-in nights will be due.
  • If a guests cancels after check-in guest must pay for all nights already spent and an additional 30 days.

Short-Term Cancellation Policy
This Policy applies to all stays of 1 day to 29 days.

  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
  • If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, guests must pay 50%
  • If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, guests must pay 100% of all nights.
  • Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

  • Excellent value for money! The place felt incredibly homely and its proximity to the subway made it effortlessly accessible, even during late hours. Moreover, the flexibility in checking in and out at different times was a lifesaver, considering our packed travel itinerary.

  • Despite my short stay, I found great comfort in this accommodation. The room was very well maintained, and although the bed was softer than what I’m accustomed to, I had a restful night’s sleep. Despite being shared, both the bathroom and kitchen they were consistently kept clean and tidy. Considering the bed, I would rate my stay with four stars, as I am not accustomed to sleeping on a softer bed. Despite this, the overall experience was delightful.
