How far in advance can I book?
The sooner you book, the better. Our quest book from a year to like a day in advance. All bookings are based on availability.
Do you own the unit?
We don’t own the unit, but we manage it. Any questions about the team should be forwarded here.
Do you charge a fee?
We don’t charge a broker fee.
Who are your guests?
Our guests are students, travelers, nurses, doctors, or someone on a
business trip looking to stay a month or longer who doesn’t want to
pay hotel rates.
What happens if I want to stay longer than I booked?
You should contact us as early as possible to see if it is possible to extend your stay.
I have a place; how can I list it?
We manage all our units, and we don’t accept outside listings. However, if you have a building you want us to work on, please get in touch with us here.
What if I have a problem with the place I’m staying in?

Can I book a place without being in New York?
Yes, you can. Just enter the check-in date and check-out date to see if your dates are available for bookings.
