How long does the booking process take?

The booking process takes about 2 minutes once you find a listing of your liking.

What methods of payment accepted?

Presently we accept all major credit and debit cards with the Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express logo

Can I use more than one payment method to pay for a reservation?

Presently we are able to accept 1 payment method at a time.

Booking Questions

Can I make changes to a pending reservation request?

If the host has not accepted your pending reservation request, you can contact the host to make modification to your reservation request. The host can then either decline or accept your modification.

How do I cancel a reservation request?

If the host has not accepted or rejected your cancellation request you can request to cancel.

How do I check the status of my reservation?

When you log into your dashboard on the left hand menu, click on the  “Reservations” link to check the status of your reservations.

How do I find my reservation?

Once you log into your account, you can navigate to https://reservationresources.com/reservations/ to view a list of your reservations.

When am I charged for a reservation?

Your payment information will be collected when you submit a reservation request. Once the host accepts your request your payment method will be charged for the full amount of your reservation.

Help on your reservations

What happens if my host cancels my reservation?

If your host canceled your reservation, we’ll automatically give you a full refund or we’ll help on finding a comparable one.

What is the Resolution Center?

Resolution center helps you request or send money for things related to your trip. You can also request a refund or request money.

What should I do if I forgot something at a place I stayed?

If you left something at a place you stayed, message your host directly and as soon as possible for help.

Should I book if I have not heard back from the host?

After finding a listing for your trip, we recommend messaging the host to double check on the availability of the listing.

How do I share trip details with others?

If you want to share trip details with others traveling with you, add them to your reservation and they’ll be able to see your itinerary.
