  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
  • If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, guests must pay 50%
  • If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, guests must pay 100% of all nights.
  • Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

  • This was a great place to stay for our first time in Brooklyn. Great food and subway nearby. Very clean and quiet. Nice bathroom. Had an issue with Wi-Fi when checking in but host quickly provided an alternate network that worked perfectly. Would happily stay here again when visiting NYC.

  • I was traveling solo and needed a place for three nights. I would definitely recommend this place. It’s quiet, relaxed, and offers great value for money. The room is nice and private, but the bathroom is shared. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

  • My stay was seamless from start to finish. Even with my delayed flight causing a late arrival, the check-in process was a breeze. They went above and beyond, assisting me with a midnight check-in through a convenient lockbox.
