Neighborhood Description

Our neighborhood is most famous for Caribbean and Jamaican food. We are near the Brooklyn Public Library, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Prospect Park, and Barclays Center to name a few. A number of hospitals and health centers are also within walking distance from our building. For art enthusiasts and artists, we got art galleries and museums here, as well as cute shops and cafes nearby.

Getting Around

Getting around the neighborhood is very easy. You can reach multiple tourist attractions and important establishments while walking. The nearest Subway, Utica Ave serves Trains 3, 4, and 5.

Long-Term Cancellation Policy
This Policy applies to all stays of 30 days or longer.

  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
  • If a guests cancels less than 30 days before check-in nights will be due.
  • If a guests cancels after check-in guest must pay for all nights already spent and an additional 30 days.

Short-Term Cancellation Policy
This Policy applies to all stays of 1 day to 29 days.

  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
  • If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, guests must pay 50%
  • If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, guests must pay 100% of all nights.
  • Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

  • I needed a place to stay for two weeks in Brooklyn, and choosing this room was definitely the right decision. It was peaceful, cozy, and spacious, offering everything I needed. The host’s directions were clear, making it easy to find. Moreover, the location in Brooklyn was amazing, with various coffee shops nearby, which was perfect for a coffee lover like me. Without a doubt, I would love to stay here again on my next visit to New York.

  • 1 spent 5 nights in this room and was a good stay. The apartment and the room were clean, and the subway is only a 5mn walk away. There are also many different shops and restaurants in the area, some of which are pretty good! Overall, a very good budget-friendly option for a stay in Brooklyn and NYC!

  • The rooms provide comfort and cleanliness, but addressing the soundproofing concerns would significantly improve the overall experience for future guests. If these issues are resolved, I would definitely consider staying again.
