For art enthusiasts and artists, we got art galleries and museums here, as well as cute shops and cafes nearby.

Getting around the neighborhood is very easy. You can reach multiple tourist attractions and important establishments while walking. The nearest Subway, Utica Ave serves Trains 3, 4, and 5.

I needed a place to stay for two weeks in Brooklyn, and choosing this room was definitely the right decision. It was peaceful, cozy, and spacious, offering everything I needed. The host’s directions were clear, making it easy to find. Moreover, the location in Brooklyn was amazing, with various coffee shops nearby, which was perfect for a coffee lover like me. Without a doubt, I would love to stay here again on my next visit to New York.

1 spent 5 nights in this room and was a good stay. The apartment and the room were clean, and the subway is only a 5mn walk away. There are also many different shops and restaurants in the area, some of which are pretty good! Overall, a very good budget-friendly option for a stay in Brooklyn and NYC!

The rooms provide comfort and cleanliness, but addressing the soundproofing concerns would significantly improve the overall experience for future guests. If these issues are resolved, I would definitely consider staying again.
